SALE'S CONDITIONS
Article 1 - LEGAL REGIME
The present regulation is submitted to the statute of Casablanca Appart'hotel. The Resident cannot prevail of the applicable legal provisions as regards leases of dwelling, notably
as to the stay.
Article 2 - PRICE, TERMS OF PAYMENT & GUARANTEE
The price of the renting includes the provision of an apartment, taxes included. The optional services are not included in the price. For the stays which exceed 6 days, the rent is payable in advance and is not the subject of any refunding in the event of anticipated departure.A guarantee of 2000 DH is required on arrival of the customer.The optional services are payable each week or as soon as the amount reaches 1.000 DH.
Article 3 - ENTRANCE FORMALITIES
In accordance with the regulations in Morocco, relative to the hotel establishments, any person who stays in Casablanca Appart' hotel, must fill out, beforehand, an individual record sheet, after presentation of an identity paper.
Article 4 - DURATION
The duration of the stay is according to the reservation
confirmation. It can be prolonged according to the availabilities, without obligation of maintaining in the same apartment.
Article 5 - INVOICING
The invoices are established in the name of the Resident, physical person, or in the name of a legal entity if
the later is in charge of the rent. An invoice is established in the long term fallen.
Article 6 - RESIDENT OBLIGATIONS
The Resident will be responsible for the good use of the rented places and their facilities while conforming to the provisions of the present.
All domiciliation in the Residence, in a private or professional capacity, is forbidden.
Any lucrative activity or any employement of people remunerated by the Resident is prohibited within Casablanca Appart' hotel.
The client must have a respectful behavior towards other Residents and cannot have intrigues which would harm their tranquillity, the good customs and the standing of the establishment.
Article 7 - STAKE TO DISPOSITION AND DETERIORATIONS
The apartment is placed at the disposition of the Resident at the date specified starting from 14.00h.
The apartment must be released before noon on departure day. On
entrance in the apartment, the state of the place is noted in presence of the receptionist.
The Resident will pay the cost and expenses of any missing or damaged objects.
At the time of the Resident's departure, the inventory will be
done.
Article 8 - RESPONSIBILITY
Casablanca Appart' hotel is not responsible for any theft or the deteriorations of personal effects, in the apartments, including
item in these safes, common spaces, parking and all other appendices of Casablanca Appart' hotel.
Article 9 - INSURANCE
Casablanca Appart' hotel is covered by an insurance covering its Civil Responsibility.
Article 10 - VISITS
The visits are authorized only after an agreement with the management. The visitors are held to decline their identities.
Article 11 - SERVICES
Casablanca Appart' hotel will do the best to assure the usual hotel services (cleaning, change of sheets and napkins, security, hygiene, comfort….) and cannot be held responsible for the caused nuisances for reasons independent of its will, such
as electricity cuts, telephone cuts... .Casablanca Appart' hotel can
enter in the apartments for maintain them and to make sure the rules
have been respected.
Article 12 - ADVANCED PAYMENT.
With the reservation an advanced of 30% of the payment the rent is required (minimum 1 night).
In the case of cancellation, this advanced payment is refunded (after deduction of the bank charges) under the following conditions:
Entirely if cancelled more than one month before the date of arrival.
50% if cancelled between 15 and 30 days before the date of arrival.
25% if cancelled between 3 and 14 days before the date of arrival.
Article 13 RESILIATION.
The tacit contract of rent will be automatically terminated, without formality and without delay, in case of inexecution by the Resident of any of these
rules. |
